Return & Refund Policy

My priority is for all of my collectors to be happy with their purchase. Everything that leaves my studio is thoroughly inspected by me and your satisfaction is incredibly important. If there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out so I can work to make it right.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original paintings and custom-ordered prints, all sales are final. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact me at studio@nickgouldart.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork.

  • Photos of the exterior packaging (crucial for shipping insurance claims).

Custom Work

All commissioned paintings are personalized for you and are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. Communication is key, when we work together on bringing your idea to life I will do my best to communicate thoroughly during the process. My goal is to meet, or better yet, exceed your expectations. Thank you for your trust. 

European Union 14-Day Rule

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers residing within the European Union have the right to return physical goods within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all return shipping costs and any associated customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to the studio. Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition and packaging at the buyer's expense. You're welcome to email me for help regardign your return.

*Please note that custom made or commissioned artworks are produced for you and personalized which makes them exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law, therefore these sales are strictly final.
