1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this site, including original paintings, digital print files, photography, and text, is the sole property of Nick Gould Art.

  • No Unauthorized Use: Purchasing a physical print or original painting does not grant you the right to reproduce, scan, or resell my work for commercial purposes wihtout the express written consent of Nick Gould 

  • Copyright Ownership: Nick Gould retains all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to produce future prints of original pieces unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed commission contract.

2. Product Accuracy & Colors

I make every effort to display the colors and textures of my work as accurately as possible.

  • Screen Variance: Please note that because every monitor and mobile screen displays color differently, there may be slight variations between what you see on your screen and the physical artwork you receive.

  • Handmade Nature: Small "imperfections" in texture or paint are characteristic of original, handmade art and are part of the piece’s unique value.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Changes: Prices for my art are subject to change without notice.

  • Secure Checkout: All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your financial information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Prints are made to order and then hand signed and inspected once I receive them before being carefully packaged to arrive safely at your home, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Originals also require careful packaging and often times a coat of varnish for long term protection, please allow 3 weeks for processing. While I assist with shipping issues (see the Return Policy), I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to interfere with the website’s security or performance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for a violation of these terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
